System Dashboard Scorecards

In the System Dashboards, the Scorecard page enables you to access any Scorecard views that were configured. In order to access Scorecard Views, you must be licensed for Scorecard and have metrics available.

To display the System Dashboard Scorecard page, click System Dashboards > Scorecard in the Left Navigation Pane.

A Scorecard can show 1 to 4 chart graphs in a Scorecard view. To view a Scorecard, select the scorecard view from the Menu drop-down list at the top of the page:

Once a scorecard view is displayed, you can do the following:

  • To refresh the page, click Refresh, located on the right side of the page header.
  • Click Chart Settings, located in upper right corner of the chart, to view and edit the following settings for the chart:
    • Metric Name. The metric name used to populate the chart.
    • Chart Time Range. The time range of the chart.
    • Chart. The time range of the chart including minimum and maximum values to appear on the y-axis of the chart. Percentile is displayed on the data summary view.
    • Available Chart Values. The available chart values for the displayed metric attribute name. Up to 6 chart values can be selected with chart types of line or area.
    • Save. The Save button will make all the changes permanent.
  • Click Full Screen, located in the upper left corner of the chart, to view the chart in full screen (and to reset the chart to the smaller size).
  • When viewing the charts, hovering over the data will show a tool tip displaying the name of the metric attribute charted, the time of the observation, the metric value, and the metric evaluation status at that time.

  • Within the chart, drag the cursor while holding a mouse button to draw a box in the chart display area to zoom in on a desired area. You can do the same by scrolling the mouse wheel. Click the Reset Chart Size icon () to return to the original view.
  • Click Metric Evaluations, located in the upper right corner of the chart, to view the metric evaluations for the chart. Evaluations for the metric are presented if the Metric attribute filter (if used) matches the criteria set in the metric evaluation configuration. The Metric evaluation maximum value, minimum value, or average value can be selected in the Metric Evaluation panel, and the selected value will be represented as a line on the chart.
  • Click Data Summary, located in the upper right corner of the chart, to view the chart information as a data summary with a spark line trending graph. When viewing the data summary view, an indicator to the left of the spark line will appear if the evaluation is currently failing. Hovering over the indicator will show a tooltip with the status value of the failure. When viewing the data as a data summary, clicking the chart () icon switches the view from chart data to chart graph.
